Free take-back

Any product bought from CyberX can be returned to us at end of life, free of charge. Request a pickup with your next order, or drop it at our Faridabad office.

What happens to it

Devices that still work are data-wiped, refurbished and donated through our CSR programme. The rest go to a government-licensed e-waste recycler where batteries, boards and metals are separated and recovered.

Batteries

Swollen or damaged batteries are hazardous. Do not post them — contact support@urdistree.com and we will arrange safe collection.
