Warranty Policy

Warranty cover is handled directly by us and pre-registered to your order number at the moment of dispatch — you never chase a manufacturer hotline. The term that applies to a particular item is shown on its product page.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects, component failure under normal use, battery capacity dropping below 80% within the first year, and faults developing without physical or liquid damage.

What is not covered

Physical damage (drops, cracks, bends), liquid damage beyond the product's IP rating, unauthorised repairs or opened housings, and normal cosmetic wear.

How claims work

Within the first 30 days a faulty unit is replaced, not repaired. After that, email support@urdistree.com with your order number — we arrange pickup, repair or replace within 7 working days, and return the unit to your door at our cost.
