How long does delivery take?
2–3 working days anywhere in India. Delhi NCR orders placed before noon usually arrive the next day.

What does delivery cost?
Free on orders above ₹4,000.00. Below that it is a flat ₹120.00 nationwide.

Where is my order?
Use Order Tracking with your order number and the email you checked out with.

Can I order without an account?
Yes — guest checkout is fully supported. An account just keeps your order history and addresses in one place.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, UPI, wallets, and credit/debit cards via our payment gateway.

Is card payment safe?
Yes. Cards are processed entirely on Stripe's infrastructure — we never see or store your card number.

Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes. Use the currency picker in the top bar to switch currency; card payments are charged in the currency you are viewing.

Returns & warranty

What is your return policy?
Unopened items can be returned within 7 days, no questions asked. Faulty items are covered by the warranty.

How long is the warranty?
It depends on the product — the term is listed on each product page. Whatever it is, we handle the claim directly, so you never chase a manufacturer hotline. Extend it further with AMC.

Do I need to register my product?
Every order is pre-registered automatically. Adding your serial number via Warranty Registration just makes claims faster.

My product is faulty — what now?
Within 30 days we replace rather than repair. After that, email support@urdistree.com or visit a service center.

Products

Are your products genuine?
Yes. Everything is sourced through official regional distributors and bench-checked in our Faridabad lab before dispatch.

An item is out of stock — will it return?
Usually within two weeks. Email us and we will tell you the expected date for that specific model.
